Beautiful place for a family walk with a visitor centre and a cafe if you need a little coffee break. fantastic place for bird watchers or photographers trying to capture nature. Car park is usually very busy.

I have enjoyed walking, running, cycling, and taking photographs of this stunningly beautiful place for over 60 years. The improvements to the footpaths over the years, along with the addition of the visitor's centre and new wildlife habitats, have made it my favourite place to visit in Nottingham. We are so blessed to have such a haven of peace, tranquility, and abundant wildlife to enjoy.

Incredible place. I took a walk here from West Bridgford along the Trent via Beeston, which is lovely treck too. Attenborough Nature Reserve is one of those places I feel very blessed to have on my doorstep. You can really make a full day out of visiting here. There's a great visitors centre with a shop and cafe, also some well maintained toilets. There's a lovely balcony and a back garden where you can enjoy your drink and food while taking in the amazing views. If you live locally and still haven't been here, you need to rectify that ASAP. But please be respectful of nature and dispose of your rubbish responsibly. It would be such a shame to see this amazing place ruined by people who don't respect nature.

Had a lovely time at Attenborough Nature Reserve.
Enjoyable walk on the longest trail took about 2 hours, all paved paths pretty much. Decent value car park for the walk (£3 all day). Nice visitors centre as well as a cafe and pub near Beeston Lock halfway around walk for food and drink.
Was really nice to visit in Autumn, the greenery was a little less grown giving beautiful views of the lakes and ponds. I would recommend visiting at sunset too as per photos, some beautiful scenery at this time of day!

Awesome place to get recharged with Mother Nature. Nicely maintained and the best place for bird watching. Depends on the season as the bird visits vary by seasons.

Wow not from the area but went for alook about , what a fantastic place, and loads of walks. Not a spotter but if that's your bag there is loads for hides.

Beautiful place to explore. It's great for a family day out. There is a visitor centre and cafe. Lots of bird hides if you enjoy bird watching or photography. There are lots of route choices depending on how far you wish to walk.

I really love this place. Convenient parking and reasonable prices, beautiful environment, tidy and easy-to-walk paths, perfect for a family walk.
Different seasons offer different scenic views, and my favorite is spring when the flowering trees are especially beautiful. Sometimes, when I feel stressed, coming here for a walk makes my mood relaxed and joyful.

My Daughter took me on Mother's day. A bit damp but really enjoyed it.
