Just finished eating with my partner at this restaurant, he had bacon cheeseburger and I had the vegan burger. Got the waiter to give the chef my compliments as it was honestly the absolute best vegan burger I have ever had, even over Annies burger shack. It was simple but the flavours were amazing. Can’t get over it � big pat on the back to the chefs in today and the wait staff were also super nice �

Really enjoyable meal with my Mum and I treating ourselves. We thought the food was very tasty and not overpriced. Our Waitress Clarizza was attentive, polite, efficient and informative about the choices on the menu too. The environment was very clean and tidy. The service was flawless. I particularly enjoyed the Mocktails too.
Loved the food in here, and the service was spot on. Definitely recommend this place and family-friendly as well. No problems parking as there's lots out front. I'll be going again.
Great service and delicous food. Staff are amazing and really welcoming. I had the pizza and asked for extra crispy, it had such a nice crunch and the flavor was good. My wife had the full rack of ribs and they were falling off the rack, very tasty and the Cajun flavored chips were very good. Highly recommend coming here for good food.
Despite the fact that this place was busy, we had such a fantastic time as a family. The place was clean and once the tables were available, they were cleaned immediately. The staff worked and coordinated very well. The food and drinks were delicious. We had Mac & cheese ,chips, Classic beef lasagne, Ultimate mixed grill ,Crispy BBQ chicken burger and different types of drinks.The place is wheelchair friendly. There is also a hand sanitisation stand just by the door.
Called here b4 going to the cinama as ut is so close. Me and my wife both had the classic meatballs. The staff very friendly and attentive the food was excellent all in all a great experience and will certainly visit again 😊 👍
Took my grandson for his 8th birthday celebration - it was his choice to go to F&B's. There were 8 of us. We had a warm and friendly welcome. Our waitress really looked after us, was very customer-focussed and a credit to F&B. The food was timely and tasty - we all had different things and we all enjoyed them. We knew in advance that they no longer do balloons for birthdays, so we brought our own balloons and a birthday cake and they played "Happy Birthday" for us and helped us to celebrate. At the end, we experienced a warm goodbye. We had a great time and many thanks to F&B.
We came here to eat before seeing a film at the nearby Showcase cinema as the website advertised a 30% discount if you showed a cinema ticket for a film that day. Of course, with new COVID-19 restrictions, the ticket was a print at home version. The manager would not accept this because it "wasn't a proper ticket". Luckily I had my NHS card and got a 20% discounted. I complained to F&B on Twitter and got a £10 certificate to use next time because the manager should have given the discount.
Food was very good. The mixed grill being worth the cost. It had everything in the 8oz sirloin steak meal plus 4 bbq wings, a breast of chicken, a rack of ribs and more fries for only an extra £4. I couldn't finish it!
Absolutely brilliant place, amazing service from the waitress for our table. Took the family for a catch up dinner, and what can I say? Well firstly there was a very warm welcome on arrival, then the food was simply gorgeous, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. Both my children had a great time, and the waitress took the time to make sure everyone was having a good time and really went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed our time. Highly recommend Frankie and Benny's, whether for a quick stop or if you've been to the cinema or bowling across the way, or even for a birthday party, then this really is the place to go for food, especially if you want excellent quality all round.
Nice service and quick to order due to it not being busy. Ordered the Burger which arrived with plenty of fries so good to see a decent portion.

I came to this Frankie & Benny's for the second time now and I must admit that I really enjoy the atmosphere here. It's very easy going, the staff are all really nice and it smells amazing. We ordered some calamari and some garlic king prawns for starters. The calamari wasn't much special but the king prawns were to die for 😍 I could easily eaten a hundred of them that's how good they were.
For out mains we had a pepperoni pizza with a side of corn from the kids menu, whole rack of BBQ bibs with a side of coleslaw, sweetcorn and sweet potato fries and a Calzone with Soda Float to drink along side a Piña Colada and a Long Island for cocktails. I haven't tried the pizza of the kids menu as my sister demolished that in moments but I thought that the whole rack for ribs, although it was tasty, it was a bit dry and had a bit too much fat it for my liking but the BBQ sauce was really tasty. The sweetcorn and sweet potato fries were delicious but the coleslaw was a bit too warm and as it is mayo based didn't go down too well.. The Calzone that my dad had was really good but does have a bit of a spice to it so it's down to personal preferences. Our drinks were really good, I do enjoy a good soda float and the Piña Colada was really good. We didn't have any dessert as we brought in our own cake for my dad's birthday to embarrass him when they blasted the song "Happy Birthday" through the speakers but the lady serving us brought it over with a smile which was always nice.
The overall experience was great and I'd definitely return here for a third dose of the atmosphere
