Service is always slow. One person serving generally with a full bar. Often at least a 15 minute plus wait for drinks offered on the app too. Coffee machines generally out of order. Several people frustrated with the wait and facilities every time I go in there

Ordered a fish and chips, Adam made it and even gave me a lemon. If this wasnt already good enough, he even hand delivered it due to the busy state of the pub. The man even pulled my chair out for me, and they say chivalry is dead. Overall top quality, great food and even better staff. Would highly recommend!

Lovely pub with a proper friendly vibe — the staff behind the bar are brilliant, really welcoming and up for a laugh. We ordered food through the app and it came out super quick, piping hot and tasted spot on. Decent range of drinks too. …

Items missing from the breakfasts. Parts of the breakfast were cold unfortunately. And what is it with the traditional breakfasts, serving half a grilled tomato which is always rock solid and inedible?!

They must have the worst cooks on there, I always get eggs benedict from spoons, but this store in Arnold is awful, always overcooked, hardboiled, sometime missing the sauce, sometime missong the salad.
Definetly need sorting the kitchen
