The fact that they don't have curbside pickup is beyond me. It would flow much easier and faster, by giving the customers a choice to wait in that long dreadful line or do a quick curbside pickup. The parking lot is way to small for the set up that's displayed. Other than that. Other than that. My food was good.

This branch is run like a well oiled machine and the customer service is impeccable. The food is consistently terrific for fast food. Recently they accidentally mixed up milk shake flavors and the manager gave me a credit for the entire order. Including what was right. Only down side is the long drive thru lines.

My wife and I went to this location (Nottingham Square - Campbell Boulevard) and we both were surprisingly underwhelmed by a number of issues that we experienced. First, we waited in line for longer than what we would usually expect for 2 sets of customers at that time (only one cashier was working). Second, I ordered a salad without bacon; however, my salad came with bacon on it and had to be sent back (I have not eaten bacon/pork in over thirty years). I eventually got one that was made correctly. Also, the dining area had not been cleaned and had dirty tables, chairs and floors with food dropped on them. Lastly, the restrooms were not clean. I understand that there are times when everything cannot be perfect, but this was an extremely substandard experience for a Chick-fil-A. Hopefully, they will do better in the future.
