Great location to meet other business individuals. Food is decent however portions are insanely small and stingy. Often have to go back to get a missing item such as chicken on a salad or forgetting basic salad dressing etc. Other than that I am grateful to have food :)

This use to be our favorite Panera for over 8 years and also recommended them to our leadership team for catering orders but for the last few years, the food and service has gone completely downhill. Out of the last 10 orders, at least 6 of the orders were made wrong or missing items. We completely understand due to supply and demand, certain things are not available but I assure you, this was not my case. When we went back, they corrected the orders. It is a true inconvenience to leave the store and drive all the way back because no one took the time to make sure everything was correctly made before handing it to us.

I have visited this location multiple times and had a great experience every time. Their food is amazing their staff is friendly and patient despite the fact that they are always packed. Maybe that’s why they’re so busy, everyone loves their service and food. Please keep up the good job.

Placed an order for pickup. The Caesar salad I ordered had nothing but stale lettuce. There were so many brown and wilted leaves that I stopped picking them out to take a picture. The chicken had a weird taste, as if it weren’t cooked enough or was sitting out all night. I spit out 2 handfuls before I gave up on it altogether. Won’t be back!

This was my second time getting a nasty sandwich from this Panera location when I order online. The first time I already drove far before looking at my food so ever since I always open and look before leaving. On Thursday July 29, 2021 I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and someone there thought it was okay to pack up a burnt sandwich for a customer. I went back inside and asked to speak with the manager and she tried to exchange it or asked if I needed a refund, I was not interest in neither because her attitude turned me off. She was not polite. I am never going back to this location.

I purchased a you pick two: the Chipotle Chicken Avocado sandwich was fresh and delicious but the Apple Fuji salad was all leaves. They also forgot the gorgonzola cheese. When I called the store to let them know, Brian informed me that they could give me a credit for the salad towards my next visit. When I told him I don’t live in the area and asked for a gift card or points on my account so I could use in a mobile order at another location, he said they don’t do that. I normally enjoy Panera but this visit was handled poorly so I will not be going back to this location. Advice: engage in more customer centric solutions to avoid losing customers. These days loyalty comes from recommendations and although I’m just one person, if I decided not to recommend your location or others owned by this operator, there will be a significant change in service and profit.
Update:
My sister just return from the same Panera and found a hair in her flatbread.
