Absolute train wreck, apparently the employees were feeling lazy (or at least that’s what they were saying behind the counter) and didn’t feel like refilling the sour cream so they poured it from the big bag and just let it glob out onto my burrito and rolled it up letting it just squish out all onto the tinfoil and the outside of the burrito. On top of that they had no napkins, if you want a burrito there’s a chipotle nearby, go there instead.

My husband and I went in and found 2 employees not wearing their masks over their noses. One was the cashier the other was preparing food. There was also a female customer that had no mask and was served. The customers did not social distance and nothing was said. We tried to stay at least 6 ft. apart from each customer. But the people coming in behind us didn't.

Got the cauliflower mash. It said low-carb and we’re supposed to be healthy so I ordered it. They barely put any cauliflower or chicken on it and when I was done the lady at the Qdoba threw in an entire fist full of cheese onto my bowl without even asking me. And after checking the box in my car realized it’s cold.

The place was so filthy. I literally saw them take old dried up rice and mix it into the new rice bowl. Staff was so rude and unprofessional. I love Qdoba, well I used too but after this experience I don't think I'll go again. Same for the Middle River location.

Ok...this place got my attention way before the Age of Covid,with the Knockout Taco promotion.
I had the Taco salad....devoured it !
My dining partner had the Rice bowl...sumptuous !
Chips and Queso is a go to, for us, as a compliment to it all
Only flaw I had was the steak was grisly...
Yall need to step your game up if I'm paying prime price and not getting that quality.

I won’t be going here anymore. I pay about 12$ for literally nothing in the bowl. Not worth going here at all. Also the employees are very rude here. When you ask for more of something bc they don’t give you a good portion they catch an attitude.
