Went at quietish time for child's birthday party, staff were lovely and friendly, food was very good. Only wish the loos weren't down in the basement; it felt rather isolated and insecure, despite the loud music!

Really nice layout to the restaurant with comfortable seating and booths. Very friendly, professional service. Good location with lots of shops around and the Hoe a short walk. I recommend parking in the Theatre multi storey car park, this is 2 minutes walk. Food actually seemed to be of a slightly higher quality than some of the other Pizza Hut I have visited

Always been satisfied with the food and the service. The buffet is always well stocked to. Pizzas always have a good topping. I always have a milkshake best one around. Popular with kids.

Tried the buffet they offer on week days from opening to 15 and I was not disappointed. The food was fresh and hot even though the restaurant wasn't busy and they even offered to cook specific pizza. There were always 4 pizzas which they changed when finished, garlic bread and 2 pasta options. It was only £7.50 for all you could eat which was really good considering their range of options and of course the free salad was also included.

Staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. Never had a problem with the food here, it always come out of the kitchen within reasonable time tasting delicious and piping hot. Only thing I would say is that if you have the buffet sometimes there isn't a lot there and you have a short wait until more pizzas come out. This isn't much of an issue as you can always enjoy the salad and pasta while you wait. Enjoy coming here for a treat and have been a regular customer for many years :)

Me and a few friends came as soon as we heard vegan pizza was a thing. I ordered a simple vegan margarita and loved it. The cheese was perfect, and the pizzas came suprisingly quickly. The waitress we had was lovely and friendly, she made sure we were all happy and satisfied with our meals. I worry we stressed her, but we all genuinely enjoyed our meals and will definitely be eating there again.

Great restaurant in a nice setting. Menu is varied and the prices are reasonable. As a wheelchair bound user the tables are well spaced and staff are very helpful if needed. There are a few disabled car spaces close to the shop and are easily accessible. Altogether a nice restaurant.
