Update in 2023 - significant improvement. The toxic management have been replaced and its a far better shop as a result.
Staff are great but they are clearly having staff number issues. It's often just one person during busy lunchtimes and they are completely overworked as a result as they have to cater for both in store and online orders. Will update the review when this is resolved.

Using my Sub Reward Points. I got a Hearty Italian, Chicken Teriyaki, CHEESE & TOASTED. Lettuce, sweetcorn & a tad of red onion. Went for honey mustard and sweet onion sauce. For seasoning; a pinch of salt, a few cracks of black pepper, the crispy onions, a shake of the some seeds & a sprinkle of southwest ranch seasoning which came well recommended by the staff, who said it was her fav. I hadn't tried the seasoning before, didnt know about it. Best Sub iv ever had. Toasted perfectly & the bread was something else. Coffee is fantastic aswel. I love the cup design but try to bring your own! 5 stars.

There was a mistake on our Deliveroo order. Phoned up and the chap who answered was extremely apologetic and was trying to find any way to make amends. All sorted in the end. Mistakes happen, but the customer service as a result was above and beyond - well done that lad 👍
