Not sure what happened today but the food was a disaster. This was my first time at this KFC and it's by far the worst.
Chips were warm and looked as if they had been sitting there a while, pieces of the chicken were over cooked including the chicken in the burger. There wasn't a healthy drink option, no orange juice.
We were going to eat in but every table was dirty and had food, boxes and sauce containers which had been left and not thrown away, the tables were not clean. I saw at least 4 staff and it was 18:00 on a Sunday so it was quiet, so no excuse....poor management.

KFC is pretty standard across the board. You either like it or don't. Total junk food but if you like chicken and grease it all good. This branch is not my preferred branch as they once short changed me my hot wings so always double check your order before you leave.

Rude staff, no please or thank you, generally couldn’t careless attitude. Waited over 15 minutes for a very simple order, in the end I had ask for them where my order was, even then they got it wrong, and they had it printed out!! Clearly they can’t read either. Food is edible, er..... that’s it. If you enjoy waiting around whilst others are served before you, then this is the place to go..... rubbish

I mean what can you really say? It's a fast food location, it's ok food, most of the time it's either a bit dry or just not very nice tasting. It can be slow service or really fast. It all just depends on when you go there to what service you get. I've had ok experiences but I can't speak for others

Although the food is mostly tasty the burgers often slide apart and disintegrate in your hand. More often than not stuff is missing from the order (dips from the boneless dipping box) or altogether wrong. The scrolling screen is confusing as you can't see the whole menu at once.

The service is quite poor as have to normally wait around for a while to get served. They rarely have any gravy. All food is now limited no childrens meals. When you get your food the chips are usually luke warm or cold. But all in all the taste is superb.

Worst food ever, even the dog wouldnt eat the chips, slow at serving, hardly anything to have, alot if none of this none of that.

Just waited 10 mins to be served then told a 20min wait for chicken! Absolute joke! Got to be one of the busiest times and only 1 person serving and no chicken ready! Save your money and go elsewhere! I will never return!
