We visited on a Sunday around 4:00pm. The lady who took our order was friendly and the order was correct. The restaurant itself appeared dated with dim lights and a lot of stained ceiling tiles (see picture). The dirtiest portion was the window sills and blinds that were covered in dead insects, dirt, grime, and crumbs (picture included in review). The food itself wasn’t up to par. The chicken was good and the fish was acceptable. However, the fries were soggy and the corn on the cob tasted watery without much flavor. The hush puppies were okay, but the macaroni and cheese lacked flavor. With each meal costing $15, I did not find the food acceptable.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn’t get any part of my order right. When got to the drive thru window I had to ask for my drink before I pulled off. They handed me the wrong drink closed the window and proceeded to have a conversation like I wasn’t there. I had to tap on the window to get there attention just to get a straw. I wouldn’t recommend anyone waste there money here unless you have time to deal with bad attitudes and poor customer service.

I want to start my complaint by stating the lack of customer service at this location is atrocious. I was dissatisfied with my service from beginning to end. The drive-thru attendant was not in the slightest polite nor courteous. When I made it to my job I realized my fries were cold and my white fish was not fried hard as I requested. When I called the location the manager was very rude consistently asking for my receipt as if she could verify it through the phone. I left work to get the corrected lunch error. When I got to the location the drive-thru attendant glanced toward the front counter and informed her manager of my arrival which was followed by a very unprofessional eye roll from the manager despite me waving at her to say hello. The manager never once greeted me or apologized for my inconvenience. I’m writing this to inform whomever may be concerned that I will not be returning to captain Ds at this location or any other location. The quality of service has decreased in a manner that is completely unacceptable.
