Not the first time here but every time has been very good. The food is always well prepared and portions are a good size. They are accommodating of allergies and our server was friendly and efficient.
If you work for the NHS they do discount just have to show a payslip or ID to prove you do work for NHS.

It was a last minute choice, no reservation and thought would try it out. It was fairly busy so we were surprised how good the service was. The food was plenty and tasty with options too . Easy parking too.

As always the food was fantastic, but the best part of the whole experience was the waiter, Alex. Hands down the best service I have received and really made the experience enjoyable.

Food price is justified by the quality, in my opinion, we are always served quite quickly, however we've always gone when it isn't busy.
What makes us want to come back is the Server - Alex. Such a down to earth guy, we always have a laugh with him and he's always been happy to take any requests that we have. A real asset to this Frankie and Bennys

Brilliant food and wonderful service from staff at Frankie and Benny's. So swift in arranging table, taking order and serving delicious food. Though the evening we visited it was quite busy, staff are very organised and efficient in handling and making the experience wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

We just had an absolutely brilliant kids party at the Frankie and Bennys in Tunbridge Wells. 20 kids and 10 or so adults and nothing phased them. Really flexible and speedy service, and everyone commented on what a great experience it was. Alex was looking after us and can’t thank him enough! Hope you enjoy your cupcake. See you again for another party when we can!

Food amazing and service was great. We ate pre-cinema on a Saturday night and the place was heaving, but our server Alex took good care of us and made sure we left with plenty of time for our film. Tip: you receive a 30% discount when you show your cinema tickets. We will be returning!

The server was very friendly and full of energy. He was very attentive and made sure we were happy with our meal. All the food we ordered was delicious and well prepared. The wait time for really short and the atmosphere was very warm and friendly.

The last couple of meals we’ve had here have been top drawer. Food very good, and the service, especially from the delightful waitress Jemma, is always excellent. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back.
