The coffe was good but I have been waiting 20 minutes for my food order.
The place is nice but need to be more tidy and clean, maybe is because they are sort of staff.

M&S cafe is a popular spot for lunch and dinner in Tunbridge Wells. The cafe has a wide variety of food to choose from, including sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, and jacket potatoes.
The jacket potatoes at M&S cafe are one of my favourite dishes on their menu. The potatoes are baked perfectly, and the fillings are always fresh and delicious. I especially love the prawn and salmon filling, but the cheese and baked beans filling is also a great option.
In addition to the jacket potatoes, M&S cafe also has a great selection of cakes and pastries.
The place can get slightly busy during the lunch period but service is always polite and the staff are always happy to help/assist and they are always quick to bring your food to your table, another bonus to those cafe is that they have good in-store wifi
Overall, this place is a great place to go for a casual meal. The food is is good, the service is always friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

I always use this cafe every time I'm in town. I particularly like their tea & magic coffee! And a plus is that they accept CASH which is how I prefer to pay.

Quite a sizeable cafe in this store selling a variety of meals, snacks and drinks. Very clean. Friendly and welcoming staff. A relaxing place to meet up with friends or have a break from in store shopping.
