Cafe Chew

What a wonderful place. The restaurant itself is so pretty. The offer a decent selection of breakfast items, coffee, tea, ... It's semi self-service. You order and pay at a counter and then you will get your items served. I had the German Breakfast. Price is altogether at the higher end. But it's delicious!

Cafe Chew is always one of our go to spots! Fresh baked goods made in house never disappoint. Their breakfast and lunch menu has plenty for everyone to choose from. We heard there were new owners and happy nothing has changed! The new owners and staff are very friendly and accommodating. We will continue to be coming back! Happy Holidays

What's not to love about this place?! The food and drinks are delicious, literally everything I've had is good, the staff is friendly, and manager is visible and wants to make sure everyone is satisfied. I've been going here for years and was nervous when the new owners came on board. However, they were committed to keeping things as similar as possible - don't fix what's not broken! Keeping a loyal customer. Cafe Chew is a Cape Cod gem.

Such a charming little sandwich shop with great baked goods too! All of the ingredients are fresh and the food is consistently great. The staff is very helpful and the kitchen will accommodate if you want to change things. The cranberry pecan bread with the chicken salad is my absolute favorite! I have been going to Cafe Chew for a long time and I have been so happy to see that the new owners have kept the great food and feel of this awesome little cafe.

I have been here many times and enjoy each and every experience. Food is great, from soups to sandwiches to salads! I try something new each time and can’t wait to go back to try some something different as I’m sure it will not disappoint! staff is very inviting! I am welcomed with a smile and greeted with kindness. Try it and you will see you will frequent this place often I guarantee.

Great food and atmosphere, we are longtime customers. Seems like the transition between the owners was seamless. The new owner really goes out of his way to make sure everything meets your expectations. I was with my 3 yr. old son having lunch, when we were leaving, he gave him pastry to take home which was a thoughtful touch. Keep doing a great job – we will be back.

Been twice and both times it was great. Lady running counter was very nice as was the lady cleaning tables. Very efficient way of doing things also. Was packed line moves quick and a lot of outdoor seating. Order was ready in 5 min and we ordered a ton all full breakfasts. Coffee is above average. The cranberry pecan bread is the best. Definitely the best spot in the area I think. Easily better than that greek coffee place which is horrid. The only thing I dislike here is the attitude on the older redhead lady that runs the food to the tables. Real snippy every single time. Don’t get in her way inside otherwise she literally will tell you to move out of the way. Just not a nice person. Really shouldn’t be around the customers with that attitude. Otherwise this place is great

Lovely little Cafe popular with the locals. Great grub, friendly staff, and cute art on the walls. Ingredients are fresh, the bacon was cwispy, and the service was fast. Show up early for breakfast/ brunch if you want to beat the lines. The only star I took off was because some baby was doing an acoustic impression of Edvard Munch's Expressionist masterpiece; The Scream. The kitchen also accommodates for individuals with 🥜 peanut allergies.

This unassuming sandwich shop actually has some of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The name and location make it seem like it could just be a tourist trap, but once you taste the food you'll quickly realize that this place uses high quality ingredients and offers it at a decent price. Highly recommend when you're passing through on your way to other sites in the area.
