The quintessential small town diner. The clam chowder was amazing! I also enjoyed the reuben sandwich. My spouse had the lobster roll and it was fresh and huge. The only negative was the apple crisp, but that may be just a regional thing. It was too runny and was more like eating oatmeal with apples in it. The waitstaff was great and I loved sitting at the old school counter on a stool. Loved it, loved it, loved it. Well done folks.

This is where the locals come for breakfast. One of the only places open at 7:00 a.m. super friendly service, super friendly atmosphere. Absolutely spotless and well run with classic American breakfasts with a few fancier things thrown in if you'd like. Now one of my favorite places to get breakfast in Massachusetts.

Was in cape on way back to south shore and in traffic as it was sunday pm. Decided to grab lunch and saw here and swung in. Lucky break! Food was good, not too expensive and a good value for qty and quality. I had seafood platter on a whim which was pricey at 32.00 but i thought with whole belly clams was reasonable. Turns out i got a pile of various things including 8 good sized scallops, haddock, shrimp. Was very good. Good cole slaw but after consuming seafood and only a few fries i was full. Im 6'3 and 325 so not light eater..my spouse had chicken picatta which also was good and she took home half .i think it was 16.00. Before ieaving we checked take out bakery out and bought a chunk of pecan chocolate bar. Quite thick so was worth the 6.00 or so. We shared it on way home. We will be back and plan to check out plymouth one.

I live in Dennis, which is good, otherwise I'd eat here every day and weigh 400 pounds. This restaurant is a local treasure with a wonderful home style menu and an excellent hardworking staff.

The food was good. Our waitress was a very nice young lady! We did have some issues. Our waitress handled them very nicely. ( 1 problem I chose to speak with management about: that was also felt with professionally.) I will go back try the food again. Many of our friends rave about this place.

My husband and I were vacationing in Cape Cod and wanted to check out the sandwich boardwalk. Since we were in the town Sandwich, we knew we had to get sandwiches for lunch, and this place definitely didn't disappoint with the many options to choose from

We lucked out and got counter top seats for 3 right as we walked in. Others waited for booth space. Coffee was really good as was the service. Clam Chowder was excellent and I finally tried a cold lobster roll. It was good. The bun was amazing, fries amazing. Every time I try lobster I always wonder what the big deal is? But that’s just me. So expensive and I guess I just prefer fish but the portion was generous and I ate most of it. Everyone was happy with their meals.

Used to go here when we lived on Cape, came back recently during our vacation on Cape 13 years later. Great hidden gem. Fast service, great food and brought back great memories when our kids were younger. Highly recommend to locals or visitors. Thanks for not changing what we loved about you, staying strong to the present!!

Great little spot to grab breakfast, brunch or lunch! Raisin Toast was so good I bought a loaf to bring home. Have to check out the bakery on the side. Has fresh muffins and coffee. Muffins go fast so get there early!
