Disappointing seems every time we oder Original KFC chicken at this facility we need to substitute several pieces for crispy. This last trip was for a 16 piece they wanted us accept 9 pieces of crispy, or wait 20 min, last time we ordered it was 4 pieces. They might want to consider making more original and less crispy.

Waited for 1/2 hour for my order, people came in and left because nobody cared about the front counter!! Finally when someone finally wandered up, I showed them my receipt and told them this was not ok. The friendly tattooed manager came up and started offering excuses. I told her that all it would take is for someone to actually be up front and this wouldn't happen. Of course it was my fault cause I was making a scene..... if you want service use the drive thru, they don't care about walk ups. And the floor was a disaster spilled pop all over it. Amazing how places don't value the customer anymore.

Overall, staff is friendly and you can tell they are trying hard. They always ask if you want sauce and are patient when you ask menu questions. It seems like 30-40% of my visits the past year, there is some kind of malfunction with the credit card system or cash register I'm drive-thru. I can tell they are short staffed so I believe they deserve kindness and patience from customers. The new exterior renovation looks awesome.
