We always make a bee line for Friday Street Farm shop and cafe when on our way to visit our friend in Aldringham. Have only ever eaten breakfast there but have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. We always have a mooch in the shop as well. Normally coming away with something delicious, either savoury or a nice cake. They have a good selection of preserves as well and the fruit and veg is always nice and fresh. You can also buy frozen fruit and veg loose by weight.

We went to Friday Street farm to get some quality food for our trip away. When you first go into the farmshop you are immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, the way the shop is laid out is so customer friendly and the staff are friendly and helpful. The butchers are of the highest standards and the meat presentation is faultless. The cheese room is a paradise especially if you are like me and love cheese. There's absolutely no way that you could compare this shop with your supermarkets as the quality of food is at the top level unlike the majority of supermarket. We had a great experience shopping and will definitely return.

As always the food was delicious and nicely presented. I had quiche Lorraine with salad, new potatoes and creamy coleslaw. The quiche was souffle light, with very short pastry. I then had a slice of lemon cheese cake, it was absolutely delicious. I only come to Friday Street kitchen occasionally when I am in the area, I wish I lived nearer so that I could come more often.

We arrived here for lunch on Saturday 15th at 1300hrs. Thankfully we booked as they were very busy. The restaurant is in a modern built barn, that is very noisy and echoes every little sound It was like a railway station at rush hour. The table and chairs were solid and the chairs were so heavy that everyone dragged them causing more noise. The food was the usual farm shop fayre and massive plates full. The serving staff were quick and polite. We were pleased to get out as it was almost impossible to have a normal conversation without shouting. But still worth a visit as long as you want to eat piles of food and wear ear plugs. We also visited the shop and found it almost deserted. There were more staff than customers which might have been because everything was double or treble the cost of supermarket prices.

Extremely well stocked farm shop with great cafe in grounds. Possibly a little on the pricey side but quality is good. Great cheese room with plenty of choice

We love coming to Friday street farm shop aways such a treat. We had a slice of cake and cup of tea at the cafe sitting outside in the sunshine. The shop itself has had a huge make over and looks really nice & smart absolutely everything you could wish for and some special offers as well. I would certainly recommend.

Me and my partner had a really lovely meal here as well as visiting the week before too. Their food is always really good and piping hot which not all places bring it out that well. I had the chicken and chorizo salad (pictured) and my partner had their scampi and chips. Their farm shop is lovely too with so much selection as well as plants outside. I would highly recommend it!

Steak pie was absolutely delicious. Good quality and for £12 for the dish it was well worth it. Will definitely return for their breakfast in the future!
