Fab bottomless brunch !!

Great atmosphere, amazing staff (Neil), would definitely recommend for food and drinks. Very generous with the Prosecco... will be back soon!

I’m sure you have read all my other posts (haven’t you??), and when you saw this one you thought: “Wow, from Dartmoor to Sheffield. She’s getting around.” Yep! I took my chances and boarded a train again… this time to the North. That’s what I do for family. I should get a medal for being so dedicated to travel for friends and family. My cousin decided some years ago to live in Sheffield with her husband. Nobody knows why. It sure isn’t for the weather: That time around it was cold, windy and it rained a bit. So… you know… the usual for Sheffield. To make the best out of this weekend, we went to the Victorian Christmas Market at the Kelham Island Museum, which is at least partially in doors. After having the worst – I’m not lying – THE worst chestnuts ever, we decided to go to the closest eating place to get rid of that memory: Craft & Dough is just down the road.

It's an excellent join to try the pizzas. The garlic bread and the pizza with a lemon stopping is excellent. They have a very good rewards scheme

I can see you looking at the picture above and thinking "What the hell is on that pizza? Wait. Are those crisps? No wait. Are those... FRAZZLES? ". If this is what you are thinking you are 100% correct. Gold star to you. This pizza is called the 'Piggy Smalls' and is currently available in Craft and Dough in Sheffield's student quarter.

We were staying in Sheffield for the night and needed a place for dinner. This place is as hipster as it gets, quirky decor, craft beer, cocktails, pizza, and tiny tables all add to the atmosphere. Firstly, craft beer does not interest me whatsoever... my boyfriend however, loves craft beer and tries to get me to taste the beers in the hope that I might like them one day. They have a fun selection of beers here including ones that tasted of coffee and ice tea, I'll admit it, they were actually really good! However, I was more sold on the double G&Ts for £4, it's definitely worth coming to C&D just for that. Anyway, onto the food. We ordered half a antipasti sharing board as a starter, which including a rather large wedge of brie (which we thought was an interesting choice of cheese). Beer battered courgette fries and and a beef jerky pizza. The pizza base was good, if a little small but the topping was a bit too salty. The customer service was great, we had some issues with our drinks but they were quickly resolved. We paid £50 for a sharing board, pizza, side, 2 half pints of beers and 4 double g&ts - definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, the drinks selection and food beats the main pizza chains hands down and is great value for money.

We dropped in last night and at first couldn't be seated due to how busy the place was. We left and name and was told to come back in and hour so we took the opportunity to have some pre pizza drinks. When we returned we the place was still buzzing but we were seated pretty promptly. The food took a little while but that was to be expected with how busy the place was and a big group had managed to get there order in first. We took the time to enjoy our beers. The pizza was brilliant, I loved the addition of the frazzles. Something that shouldn't be on a pizza but worked brilliantly! Customer service was also top notch. The guys couldn't apologise enough for the food taking a while (although it was only to be expected with the place being so small and the size of some of the groups). It wasn't that long anyway. I've waited longer for food at big chain restaurants. I throughly enjoyed it and will be going back as soon as I get the chance!

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Good atmosphere and music and nice pizza options. V.tasty! (Get the garlic brushed crust!) Also good for gluten free/coeliac. Candles in the evening are a nice touch too. Could do with some more soft drink/alcohol-free beer options though.

Really nice pizzas - Garlic bread delicious! Good value. Four adults and one child including a drink each for £55 quid. Now when you divide that by 5 it’s roughly, a tenner a piece! Same price as a cardboard KFC meal. Service was good, slight delay on the pizzas and staff were regularly checking in and updating us. Nice owner and lovely staff.

Great pizza and bar, dog friendly too! We had a beer while the pizzas were made and they were both delicious. Meant to save some for the morning but couldn't resist scoffing the lot. Location is in the heart of Kelham Island's new development area and is a good advert for Sheffield and urban regeneration done well.

Wow, Great little find having just walked around the Kelham Island museum and needing lunch. Beautifully dressed with low ceiling and lots of wood, yet also manages not to be dark with large windows and loads of natural light. Are there many things better than fresh pizza? I don't think so, and this place does pizza justice. Plenty of options and what we picked was very tasty. Also had dessert and literally didn't need to eat again that day! Didn't stray into the beers, but they had a huge selection. Did have a coffee, which was well made, another sign of a good place. The two guys onsite did a great job and I would happily return for more next time I'm in Sheffield. Highly recommended.

Excellent pizza, reasonably priced, dog friendly and it's in the heart of Kelham Island, what more can you ask for! The staff were friendly too and they have some fantastic spicy mayo for dipping your crust in :) In total it cost £30 for 2 pizzas, chips and 2 beers, which I think I acceptable for pizza this good!

Great food and atmosphere in a good location. All food is cooked fresh to order, and it's a reasonable price for the portions. There is a wide range of drinks available, including lots of craft beers. While the food is fairly priced, the drinks seem a little steep. The establishment is warmly decorated, with wood panelling on the walls. It is all very clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the choice of music is particularly good.

Called in for a quick drink after a Christmas Fayre at Kelham Island. Very friendly staff and a lovely local pint of real ale. Didn't have food, but atmosphere in the place was nice.

I remember I came here a while ago for a brunch meal on a Sunday. It was a bottomless brunch (bottomless Prosecco, a main included, and £25 per person) it was quite expensive to upgrade to gin and lemonade (+£12.50) but the vibe and food was nice. The mushroom dish, I definitely recommend!! The surrounding area is quite rustic and it pairs nice with the river flowing through nearby. I’m not sure if the brunch price is still the same but give it a go if you like Prosecco with your meal! The staff were very helpful too!

Craft & Dough - first time visit. Nice place, centrally located in a fairly historic part of downtown Sheffield. Service is relaxed and friendly and the staff are warm and accommodating. Food is good - we ordered two pizzas (the Henderson and the Nduja). Both were well-made and fresh. Also ordered the halloumi fries, which were quite excellent. The sauce comes with bits of pomegranate. Dessert was fair - we ordered the Nutella dough balls but they were nothing special. Still, overall it was a pleasant dining experience. Good place for big groups as well as small tables for two. Will come back again.
