I had a last minute visit to the store today, as I needed some shoes for a wedding on the weekend. Although the ones I wanted were unavailable in store, the sales assistant, "Keeley," went above and beyond to help and assist me with the issue. Calling other stores, checking availability and letting me know the potential solutions to my problem. In the end, I purchased two pairs of shoes from the store and they were great for me and my brother. This excellent customer service was deserving of praise and thanks, what a great employee!
A store with complete services. It has food hall, clothes, skincare, bags, shoes, toilets, and even money changer? I love the food hall cuz it has many unique stuffs that I can bring back to my home country. And the staffs are soo nice and helpful!!

Great quality products with good sizes for man wears. Affordable yet long lasting. Good selection of food sections. Love it. Some younger staffs do need more customer services training and not to be rude. Overall a great experience in M&S!
Typical M&S food hall with good sandwiches and sweet treats. Excellent New York deli pastrami sandwich, sauerkraut not too strong, which is highly recommended. Roast beef and horseradish also a great option for something a little more 'traditional'.
Was tempted to mark down a star for no manned checkout - typically only one item scanned before the alarm sounded to call for assistance. Maybe I just like the traditional human interaction associated with shopping? Regardless, staff these days still way more friendly than in the bad old days of self-righteous shelf-stackers barging customers aside.
This review is for the Cafe, for a change we stopped for a coffee and snack! To be fair the coffee I had filtered tasted great and great value,the variety on the menu is good plus great value for what is on offer. Think again! Want a drink? Lunch or breakfast. Stop by you won’t be disappointed. One thing M&S please can you make the seats more comfortable…it does remind me of a supermarket cafe. Which you need to up your game here.
Shop floor seems like things are spread out to make it look bigger that’s it!
Food hall well you can’t complain their food is always good, but compared to Meadowhall the city centre is appalling, nevertheless you can get what you want so no stars lost there.
Spoke to Sophie just now (07/11/2022) who works at the Cafe inside M&S and gave me this little ticket. She's friendly and has great customer service skills. Thanks Sophie :)
