Papa Johns Pizza

2 pizza orders in as many months. 1st order comes completely wrong. We order double pepperoni and we get cheese and tomato. Area manager sorted this for us when I spoke to him and following pizza was free of charge. Tonight we order 2 pizzas 2 sides and a drink. We got 1 pizza out of the 2. Driver says he will pop back and pick it up. Half hour later I speak to the manager of the shop who blamed the driver saying he forgot to pick up the pizza. Although orders are usually all boxed together to go. Manger then asked what I wanted him to do about it. I tried to tell him I wanted to know what had happened and why it had gone wrong again. He said it hadn't gone wrong. I said it clearly had otherwise we would be eating our meal together as a family. He offered to resend the whole meal from scratch which I said was again no point as we had eaten. it was my husband who was still waiting for his and the side orders were now freezing cold and he couldn't eat them with his meal. Again I was asked what I wanted him to do. A simple I am sorry would have been quite sufficient but not once was the word sorry ever said.

During the Christmas period I had a friend staying with me when his ring doorbell went off. After explaining to the driver that clearly some kids was playing a childish and immature prank the driver proceeded to attempt to break down his door whilst issuing threats that some (due to Google's policies his chosen words will be left unquoted) is paying for the order. Again my friend tried politely explaining it wasn't him that had ordered and he was away. After the threats and the attempted break in got out of hand I took the phone and told the guy in no uncertain terms that he needed to calm down, my friend had not ordered, and we was not paying for it, his threats to a disabled person (which by the signs and adaptions to the home he already knew it was a highly vulnerable persons home) was completely uncalled for. And if he didn't stop commitng criminal damage the police would be called, he finally after time left. I called the store and eventually the manager answered and I tried to explain the situation and what the driver had done and how serious this incident was. To discover it was the manager who had been at his door. He then decided to issue me threats, take my mobile number and make numerous inappropriate and harrassing phone calls to me. Why he felt he could use his personal non work number and call me out of hours I will never know. This treatment towards a disabled person is disgraceful. I want a moment to urge anyone who needs it to seek mental health support from their local services as soon as possible. It's okay and there's no shame in it. Unlike in this instance with the aggression towards an innocent disabled person,T there incidentis definitely shame in that. This has been reported. I would highly recommend NOT ordering from this store.

Pizza and garlic bred was so cold and so chewy we actually gave up halfway through because it was starting to hurt eating it! Also wasnt cut through properly so ended uo tearing random bits off instead of slices... Also sent Pepsi max when I asked for cherry... forgot our dipping sauce...the vegan hotdog pizza had about 10 sausage pieces on it some slices didn't have any... ended up ordering by phone as the website wasn't working properly. Won't order again 🤷🏻‍♀️
