Nicky the supervisor of bitterne greggs is an amazing lady my order was messed up on just eat and Nicky saved the day taking time out to deliver my food on her way home after a long day herself what a lovely lady friendly and went above and beyond to help me thank you xxx

Nice breakfast roll and coffee, staff always happy and friendly, always have a great selection of bakes and sandwiches available, and the coffee is the best against any of the nationwide chains

Friendly staff,got served quickly as just open on Sunday hours, my breakfast for on way to work. Wasn't pleased the Sunday before 7th May as they didn't open till way pass 8am more like 8.15am sorry I moaned to a gentleman waiting also but left to catch the bus which was due. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful.

Tried Hedge End and Eastleigh Greggs. Bitterness definitely do the best cheese ham toastie. Unlike the other two i mentioned who’s are dry, hardly any cheese and don’t even cut them in half. The staff in Bitterness are also quick especially when it’s busy. I’d rather travel to the furthest from me to get a nice toastie. Well done Bitterness.

Greggs in Bitterne is one of the more sizable branches in the local area with a large seating area should you not wish to take your food on the go. They have a huge selection of products available and are always prepared fresh that day!

Long queue at half 8 in the morning and limited pace and speed from colleagues, 1 more interested in filling the lunch time sandwiches up..
