The best fish in town and the best chips in the UNIVERSE!! Order through online, easy and efficient system, pick up food after 15mins. Food are amazingly fresh & hot! Try out the scampi, they are yummy too! (Sorry no photo as they gone in tummy already)

Everyone locally knows it’s the best chippy around and I have to agree. Staff work hard to serve up fresh fish and chips and although it’s a small place you’re never waiting long for your order. Prices are reasonable too. This is what fish and chips should taste like!

As far as a chippy goes, the camp fish & chips is one of the best I've had. Simple take away with friendly staff and great fish and chips. Batter is nice and light while chips are freshly fried up to take away.

These guys are fantastic. Excellent food and excellent service. I ordered a regular cod and forgot the chips. I called the chip shop and they added a regular chips to my order even though it had already been paid for and it's something they don't usually do. Best chippy in St Albans and always had been.

Fish amazingly crispy and lovely chips. So happy it reopened after the fire. Sometimes there is more of a wait but only if they have been busy and having to make an entirely new batch of fish
