Mcdonald's

I am giving two stars because of the cleanliness of the place unlike some I seen with spiders crawling on your tables and cob webs on top of lamp shades. I have ordered food and opted for eat in for them to bring food at the table. 10 min and there is still no food. I went to find out where is it. So I asked them to look into this. Was blatantly ignored, then given food with no apology, thank you. Nothing. I got a lukewarm food, because it was sat on their counter. Since sat in McDonald's I saw them delivering food at the tables, so why ours won't I don't know. Customer service could be a bit better.

Absolute carnage in the car park due to how busy it was, and the road works immediately outside. We had to wait a very long time for food due to how busy it was, but it did also seem like people who arrived after us, and ordered in branch, were leaving with food before ours was ready to collect. Staff were very good though.

Yesterday I waited 30 minutes to be served after ordering through the touchscreen machines (some of which were also not printing receipts). Non of the customer numbers were appearing on the board and staff were very rude when anyone asked why or when they may receive their orders. It was absolute chaos and got to a point where it looked like staff and customers would start fighting after some shouting at each other. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's. On top of this we almost got ran over by a car driving on the pavement because the car park and street were overloaded with UberEats drivers.

This mcdonalds should be shut down. All the staff need to go on a course for training on how to put things in a bag. Absolute joke there is always something missing. This time pretty much the whole order. You call them and they dont pick up the phone you go down to the store and you dont even get a sorry or a refund all i got was its not our issue you have to take it up with just eat at the end of the day when i order from you, its your responsibility its not the first time this has happened it happens when u go through the drive through if an order says 3 x that my friend means 3 of just for your information

Very busy 5pm 19/5/22 wait 30 mins Order a garlic wrap end up with bbq wrap one bite not think of people with bad reaction to give wrong food took back girl took wrap but no reply of her if am geting a garlic wrap wait 20 mins why rest of my food getting cold melted ice cream got other wrap witch was still bbq and stone cold in the end I ask for fresh food waiting another 30 mins I gave up ask for a refund and still got food witch was the wrong order no apology end up at a/e with a rash probably caused by wrong order might take this further action beforesomeone
