I've tried a few of the local meal prep companies and Healthy Bowl is by far my favourite. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to eat healthy but does not have lots of free time spend hours in the kitchen. Quality, fresh meal preps delivered daily with macros and overall calories sorted for me, while accounting for my food preferences at a fair price and with excellent service. I recently moved to New Castle for food. I started using Healthy Bowls. I get 3 meals a day. The food is amazing! it tastes so good and its healthy. So far its been 2 weeks and I haven't had the same meals yet, its always different. Eva is super nice and she drops off the food to me every night for the next day, so everything tastes so fresh! I highly recommend using healthy bowl, its amazing quality!
