Alfredo pasta was super tasty, darkfruits back on draught and it ks based is a really nice building.
Great value as always. On second visit, Saturday, after ordering on the app, food was served before drinks, not usual, asked waitress if our drinks were on their way, grunted reply then she spent several minutes chatting to her friends at the next table before making her way to the bar. Drinks arrived about halfway through our meal with no apology. Not usual spoons standard.
Pretty good weatherspoons. Nice location especially if you can grab a booth in the window areas. Food comes out to a pretty good standard as well. The only knock is it could do with a refurbishment.
A very lively and busy Wetherspoons, certainly not the place you would want to go and have a quiet chat as it's noisy when it's full. Run by a good and efficient team the food we ordered came quickly and was very nice and good value. Only downside was the place could do with a good spring clean, look up at the windows above eye level and the frames don't look as though they've been cleaned for years, but saying that it wouldn't stop me returning.
Lovely friendly staff, very quick service. Good quality well cooked food. Thank you. On holiday here for a week and will be back again before we go.
Lovely clean Wetherspoons, friendly staff, food served quickly, hour and is good quality. Highly recommended.
It can get busy when the tourist season is in full swing. But the staff work hard to keep ontop of things. It's a super space. I like sitting outside on the balcony area. I bring my Welsh family here when they visit. We stay half the day eating, drinking and chatting. We love it.
Friend and me had our pre Christmas lunch here. Neither of us wanted turkey so I had a mini all day brunch and my friend had mini fish, chips, curry sauce. Just enough for lunch time eating. Really good service, very fast, (midday), standard of food very good.

When I went here with my family, we downloaded the weather spoons table service and it was brilliant. Our drinks came in under three minutes after ordering and our food was shortly after that. However, I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't any salt available.
The food was soo delicious. I had a plain burger and chips and my mum had a burger with cheese and my nan had a curry. The burger was very tasty and the chips were lovely as well.
For the drink we all had a whites raspberry lemonade and it's the beat I've tasted. My nan had a hardy's rosé and she said that it tasted too bitter and didn't like it at all, but I thought it was alright. We were very disappointed that they didn't have white zinfandel rosé by the bottle and would suggest that they should start doing it by the bottle as well as just one glass, as they were trying to promote the hardy's.
The staff were very friendly and we had great customer service.
We will DEFINITELY recommend this place and come back here again.
Me and my son's loved this place. We're going back to Torbay 2024 and looking forward to Ham egg and chips here again.
