First visit here for a long time and delightfully surprised. Fantastic venue, great food and superb service. We were sat a little out of the way but the atmosphere was still great.

Was taken there for my birthday. Had dinner in one of their pods. Was lovely and warm and the food was delicious. Steak was cooked just how I asked for it. Will definitely go again

Very popular pub in the small village of Walton. Good pub food plus. Craft ale and gin choices are good.
Recommend booking, well, anytime really. It nearly always seems busy.

Friday lunchtime and you need to book! That for me speaks volumes!!
We did have to wait for a table for a short time, this was at 1230, so I suggest booking to avoid having to wait or be disappointed.
I had the muscles to start off the specials board and the portion was massive, filled with large plump fresh muscles in a cream garlic sauce and this was shared between two.
I then had lasagne for main, but having see the portion size of this before I took a starter size portion and this was enough to fill me.
Great food, great service and great price! Keep doing what you are doing!

I love eating here!.... i'ts one of my 'Go to' places, wether it be a quick lunch with a friend or a family roast or an evening dinner, the New Inn has it all! Great homemade food, fab service and atmosphere. Definitely recommend 👌

A fabulous celebratory meal on Sunday in a super friendly restaurant with a lovely ambience.
Food was beautifully presented and delicious.
We really couldn't fault anything.
Outside it was raining but inside there was a really warm welcoming atmosphere.
We will definitely be visiting again.

A lovely pub! We were staying at the hotel nearby and popped here for Saturday dinner. They squeezed us in, just a table for two. The food was really lovely, plenty of it and well presented. The toilets were lovely too with hand cream, hair spray and perfume. Would definitely go back if in the area again.

Food was fantastic, service incredibly slow. Think the serving staff need supervision as noticed at least 2 chatting whilst we were having to go to the bar for drinks/try to sort dessert. Decided against a dessert based on time it took for main courses. Will give it another try but think they really need to manage staff more effectively
