Feng's

Ordered lunch (Pad Thai) through GrubHub. Went to pick it up at the correct time. The manager was not sure about the order, asked for my phone number, and checked his tablet and computer. After a few minutes, I get a text alert from GrubHub saying “your food is being prepared”, and right afterward the manager states “your food will be ready in about five more minutes”. Clearly they forgot about the order. Pad Thai was made poorly - not enough sauce, tiny amount of chicken, no flavor. Save your time and money and find another restaurant.

Ordered 3 hours before it was supposed to be delivered and it was never delivered. Some kid working the front desk would put us on hold as soon as I called and would never pick back up. Sat on hold for 40 minutes then hung up, called again and some guy answered. Ended up coming to pick it up. Child at the front desk was extremely rude, finally got our order, got home and half of our stuff was missing. Tried calling again and every time we tried to talk to this kid working the front desk would put us on hold (to go on her phone which we saw every time we went). Went back a second time to either get the food we’re missing or get a refund for what we are missing. Called a friend who the same exact thing happened to them last week. Food itself is pretty mediocre along with the staff. If you want good Chinese food and friendly staff I recommend going to All Seasons Table in Malden. Staff are amazing and the food is awesome.

Unless you've visited Feng's Asian Cuisine previously, you may not realize it even exists. Not to worry, you didn't miss anything. It's located on Main street in the Greenwood section of Wakefield across the street from a filling station. A friend visiting from upstate New York recommended Feng's. She explained that when living in Greenwood earlier, Feng's was within walking distance from their home, and close to the Greenwood commuter rail stop. I got the impression that the restaurant relies upon drunks and foot traffic. Regretfully, we dined at this terrible example of a restaurant. We sat in the dining room within an earshot of the female bartender's disgusting gutter mouth. The restaurant was void of other customers. The interior is dark, and dingy. The parking lot, which is not large, is not well illuminated, but borders Main Street. The food was 'fair' at best. Bottom of the bottle. We will not return. We recommend you spare yourself, friends and family from a huge disappointment, and go somewhere else to eat.

Wish 0 stars was an option. Please read. Went for lunch today. Only person working was the supposed “manager” or “owner” like it matters. She (wish I got a name) was managing tables (1 table) and the bar (with 2 people max) and takeout. She was extremely unfriendly from the beginning, felt like we were an inconvenience. She cut us off after one scorpion bowl and shot but sat at the bar drinking a Bloody Mary her self. She continued to sit there without even bringing us the check. I had to walk up to the bar where she was sitting and drinking to have my bill paid. Disgusting.
