Pinos Pizza

My family and I are at Pino's in Wakefield, Virginia on Sunday evening. The tables were not sectioned off for Social Distancing. Some staff had no masks on preparing and serving food. Plastic utensils were not offered. It appears they are not following COVID-19 protocol properly. I felt unsafe the whole time. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Our food was good. It is a small restaurant, so extra procautions need to taken be into consideration for their clientele and well-being of themselves and the public.

We appreciate the friendly greeting and great service we always get when we stop at Pino’s Pizza — and we stop pretty often as we’ve been traveling back and forth on this stretch of 460 for years! Our usual — the Meat Lover’s large pizza —is always good! We’re grateful Pino’s is open and continuing to be a favorite.

We will never go back again. Last four take outs have been wrong, cold and not the same portions you would get eating there. They have promised us something for free due to this. We ordered take out this evening and asked about this. They said our name wasn't written down. I ordered the baked ziti with meat sauce. It was cold and just had tomato sauce on it and very little cheese. Never again and will not recommend them to anybody. When I called once again to complain the girl I talked to wasn't at all concerned. You can't talk to the owner I was told because he doesn't speak English very well.
