Worst meal ever. We never get fast food, but it was a busy night for us. NEVER AGAIN. Almost 40 bucks for inedible garbage. Kids got milkshakes, they threw them out the window so fast I dropped them all over me and my car. Another 40 bucks dry cleaning and 25 to clean the car. Food was so bad, reheated stuff from earlier in the day that had a bad taste. Had to cook dinner when we got home. Even contacted Sonic and they didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry.

This Sonic used to be okay, not anymore. Quality has gone way, way down. They don't have half the menu items or ingredients available. What you do get is not worth anywhere near what they charge you. I paid $12 for a chicken sandwich combo, mozzarella sticks and a cranberry lemonade slush. The chili looks like it was fresh in 1995. The mozzarella sticks are pretty good but that's about it. Their fries are dry and stale tasting. I suggest you try anywhere else if looking for a hot dog, burger or fresh anything.

*editing to add* - 2 months later and not one person had the decency to call me back or send me an email. Ashley, the “store manager” never responded to my reply. Horrible, horrible customer service!! I was a Customer Service Manager in retail in the past and this would of been totally unacceptable had I not reached out or attempted to help my customers. I was flat out ignored. I guess though when your higher ups like the regional manager can’t be bothered to contact you, they obviously don’t care how the store managers go about things either.
Horrible. I’ve had an ongoing issue with this location since 11/12. We ordered through the drive through and almost everything was unavailable. There was no chicken, there were no mozz sticks, there were no hotdogs. There was no tomato on our cheeseburgers which we weren’t told they were out when we ordered. Our meals were TERRIBLE. They looked and felt as if they had been under a heat lamp for hours. The fries were dried out and extra extra crispy. I took two bites of my burger and thought it tasted crunchy/off. I took the top bun off and this is what I saw. It was so gross I threw it out. I’ve called corporate and have tried to get a refund. They told me the store manager would get back to me. I received an email from the manager offering me 3 free meals, which I kindly objected and stated I’d like my refund of $30.34. After the meal I had I want nothing to do with food there. Ashley, the manager had yet to respond to me. I emailed her a couple days ago to check in and she hasn’t responded to that email either. I’ve called corporate 4 more times since the 12th and keep getting promises of a higher up calling me, someone above the store manager and NO ONE can be bothered to provide customer service and reach out to me, let alone refund me a measly $30. I’ve never received such poor customer service from a company. This location is disappointing — their ice cream machine is always broken, they’re always out of food and they can’t care less about their customers.

Just like others have said, this place has gone way down hill. Took an hour to get food from start to finish. Placed a 2nd order for ice cream and waited over 10 mins for someone to answer the button. The boards don't work in the stalls, the place is dirty, and the app doesn't even work. Carhops don't even roll out anymore! Shame this place was good. Never going here again!!

This place has plummeted down hill!
This is the second time in a month that I have ordered a sonic blast that wasn’t even worth eating. The first time the ice cream was the correct consistency and all ingredients were mixed well but only halfway through the entire other half of the sonic blast was vanilla ice cream only. Highly disappointing. Today I asked for a small sonic blast with Reeses and m&ms. When I got my ice cream it was almost liquid and all toppings were on the top of the ice cream. Again very disappointing. At the bottom of the ice cream there was almost an entire Reese’s peanut butter cup. Who is training these people? And watching their performance? What a way to ruin my day not once but twice. Terrible! If you want something good I guess you just have to make it for yourself so don’t even bother going to this SONIC. So sad to say one of my favorite places to go :(

What do they say, third time is a charm?
I have visited this location mostly due to proximity for where I am going to or coming from.
First visit, couldn't take.my order due to shake machine being down.
Second visit took order for shake but contents were not mixed, 90% or more of the blast had the candy pieces half way up or more. Almost all ice cream on the bottom.
Third visit..ordered caramel shake, Reeves Blast and large tots....when I got to the driver thru, I was asked to wait before I ordered. No problem, staffs are short these days. But 5 full minutes later the attendant finally asked for order over the speaker that you can barely hear. Once at pay window they asked us to move ahead. This store has room to move forward but not too much due to a curve-crossover lane. I went as far forward as I could and waited. The time on the receipt from pay window was 35 after. We got the shakes at 49 after. What takes 14 minutes to make two shakes and a large tots while car after car behind us kept getting their order? Yes, I know, cars behind us were only ordering regular drinks.
In any event, this store has had its third strike from me. Done with them.

My family & I went to Sonic for the first time yesterday. Upon waiting what felt like an hour to order they told us they didn't have any type of burgers left besides the kids burger that is literally just bread burger and ketchup. They had no tots, no onion rings, no Philly cheese steaks and no hot dogs..... so we settled for the chicken fingers, from the picture looked pretty good. We get home to eat and the chicken fingers are not what they displayed and the frys we HAD to get because there was nothing else were soggy and filled with oil. Besides all of that their strawberry milkshake was amazing. Never again will. I go there for food. Waste of $30 for sure

Burger didn't have tomatoes so we returned it. Was a hassle but got it done. Chicken nuggets with sauce are quite tasty but needs less sauce. Tater tots are quite delicious. Didn't get my shake order correct but didn't want to deal with taking it back. Would come back but definitely not for the burgers.
