I remember being taken here by my parents as a toddler (the spiral staircase fascinated me!), and thirty years on I still make an effort to visit whenever I'm in Wells. I highly recommend the apricot oaties, extremely tasty! The jacket potatoes are also a must. Best eatery in Wells for sure!

A great spot in Wells for veggie food. It’s a reliable place for warm comforting vegetarian or vegan options, with lovely salads and desserts too. The decor is comfortable and eclectic. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is served buffet style from the counter.

Great really tasty food, you don't need to be veggie to enjoy the food, my wife and I are not but have been there twice whilst staying in Wells.

Probably the best place to lunch in Wells. Freshly made quiche and a fine selection of salads. Pizza and jacket potatoes are also available and another main dish. The coffee is excellent too. Don't expect any meat it's not needed.

Wonderful cafe/restaurant with a big range of very tasty and healthy dishes. Great for everything from brunch through to afternoon coffee and cakes! Plenty of seating in a number of interesting rooms; also, some in a small and pretty garden.

Best to get there around 12 to 12-30 as it is relatively quiet and plenty of space,after that queues out the door,and because so popular will run out of food. The food is excellent,very tasty,and meat free. Generous helpings of salads and spicy(tasty rice,and a nice selection of cakes. They also do gluten free options,but limited for dairy free on puds

Great tasty food. Found the first time by accident on a long drive. Found the second time on purpose! I'm not a vegetarian - the freshness and taste of the mains and salads can be enjoyed by all.

Fabulous, quick and tasty experience!!
I ordered the chilli and a cappuccino to go and hardly had to wait 5 minutes.
The members of staff were very friendly and approachable and the food was obviously cooked with care, very tasty and hearty.
The portion size was amazing for the price paid. I noticed the coffee cup was biodegradable and the lid compostable which is another bonus! I'd encourage everybody to visit 🌻

A brilliant place with a very nice caring owner and where people actually take customer satisfaction seriously.
The vegetarian and vegan food looks absolutely delicious, and the coffee is strong and hot. Besides serving meals at all times of the day they also run an excellent whole food store.
You can find them on Facebook and online.
Oh, and they also do homeware, gifts and curiosities.
Incidentally, they came 3rd out of 67 restaurants rated in Wells, and for a vegetarian restaurant that is really saying something.
