The staff were rude and made you feel like an inconvenience. Drinks slammed down infront of me. Very disappointed normally treated well in Costa.
The girl that was serving at the counter today in the afternoon is extremely rude. Needs to prioritise making coffee over watching whos coming through the door to use facilities after they've been a paying customer

Bit grim that there's now a requirement to buy something before getting a code for the loo. Obvuously everywhere has to make money but sometimes ya gotta go before ya buy! Anyway if that's you, loo code is 6574Z.
