My partner and I regularly order from Wah Ying House. The food is always amazing. The best ingredients used every time. Delivery is always quick and never left wondering if we've been forgotten. Food is piping hot on arrival, and we've never have to reheat anything. I would definitely recommend 👌 😋

Best Chinese I’ve had in a long time very nice tasting , very good portion sizes, food tasted fresh, the lady taking the order very friendly explaining dishes to me, even came with free spring rolls and prawn crackers… some places don’t even give free prawn crackers these days, only one down side chicken inside the chicken balls could have been better. We moved to the area last year and have now ordered chinese from here twice. First time was for a big birthday gathering and all food was delicious - all 8 of us really enjoyed it. There was so much it kept us going for a few days. Second time 5 of us and all enjoyed. All food was really tasty and the large spring/pancake rolls are the best I have had. Full of bean sprouts. We had set meals for 3 and extra single chow mein dishes. All were good. We will definately use again. They even deliver to our small village near Sherborne and food was piping hot on arrival. Delivery time was good too.

I must say I'm surprised by the negative reviews on here I've been ordering from here for two years and its my favourite Chinese in town. I only eat chicken and I've never had a bad meal or it be late. I can tell sometimes that the rice is not as fresh as other times but its still not bad.

My original review is below but to be honest I have revised my review which used to be 3/5. The curry is much nicer again and very decent portions so I'd now give it 5/5. Note though I only ever buy one curry chopped chicken with boiled rice so not a recommendation for the whole menu.
Prices have gone up a lot recently and if anything the food has slightly reduced in quality. My favourite is the chopped chicken curry and boiled rice, to be honest that's pretty much all I ever buy. I love the curry and its a real treat, or was, it just isn't quite as nice anymore. It's not terrible but its hard to justify the price now. I'm trying other takeaways now, most of which have been worse so far but I'm hoping to find one as good as the old Wah Ying.
