Excellent place! Fab range of craft ales and special choice of wines. Pastas, pizzas and salads clearly sourced from the best suppliers. So good the 1st night we booked another 2 days later. And such lovely staff.

Always lovely to dine at La Tazzina. Great atmosphere, they have super tasty food and a pizza oven which is a plus if you expect proper pizza. Good cocktails, nicely sized antipast, service is always kind to us… The only thing, on one occasion we waited for 1 hour 45 to get our pasta soooo just bear in mind when it’s busy it ma at take a wee while. Apart from that this is a genuinely great place.

Our second visit to La Tazzina during visits to York. Again, we were not disappointed. Very friendly welcome to this small restaurant with a great atmosphere. Always seems busy, which says it all, so it is usually best to book before you go. There may be a wait for freshly cooked food, but it is well worth the wait. It is lovely to watch the pizzas being made and cooked in a pizza oven. A delicious experience. 😋 We shall be back and would thoroughly recommend it to all. Pat and Tony
