A farm shop that's actually set in a farm - wonders will never cease!
The farm dogs will watch your car for you while you are in, so you are totally safe parking.
On site butcher, little cafe area, fresh food. All good.
It's not big but it's a gem nonetheless.

Had ham sandwich and coffee in the cafe. Really good value , plenty of tasty ham in the sandwich, accompanied with salad, coleslaw and potato crisps on the plate. There was plenty of fresh produce in the shop. The meat is prepared and cut by two friendly expert butchers to your satisfaction.

Nice little farm shop with a good range of quality produce. Car park to front of premises, not very big. Bread, flour, honey, butchers, drinks, frozen produce, all sorts really. Has little café with a woodburner. Reasonably priced. Milk alternatives available. I can recommend the cherry and almond loaf.

I have used Tancred since we moved two years ago to a village down the road. Always been excellent produce. We ordered a keg of lamb for Easter Sunday and it was Beautiful. Highly recommend Tancred and my so does my pooch who loves the homemade dog biscuits!

Came across this shop while visiting the area what a gem staff very helpful nice coffee shop the meat was superb at a reasonable price pork and gammon ham full of flavour not tasted anything like it for over50 years. be visiting again very soon

Been buying quality meat and eating great food for last few years here, and it only gets better! Popped in today for a lunch, Club sandwich was big and very, very tasty, sons breakfast was typically well cooked and flavourful too. Make the effort if you are within 20/30mls, you wont regret it!
