Massive portions. Good fresh quality food. Came earlier than the time said which was good! I ordered 2 meal deals which include a drink, the drinks had been missed so I rang the shop and they quickly sent them out. Very polite staff member on the phone and the delivery driver. Thanks guys 😊x

This is probably the best chippy in Yorkshire. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. An extensive menu with burgers as well. The pies are a hot seller so get in early. The fish is amazing and the portions are very generous. If toy have not tried Barton chippy I suggest you give it a go.

Good meal deals. Cooked from fresh so takes a little longer. Cards are accepted but through a wierd way with ypur phone. Works well enough but most pay cash. I will be doing cash feom now on.

We were staying in Acomb and were recommended this as the best fish and chip shop in the area. They lived up to their reputation. Free batter bits were on offer!

Great quality fish and chips etc. They do have 'meal deals' and small bites. We go there every Friday for work (Fish n chip Fridays are popular) and we've never had any complaints

Lovely fish and chips. Good portion sizes and fish was cooked in a lovely crispy batter. Like the way that the fish is always wrapped separately from the chips. Friendly staff always willing to help. Highly recommended.

Just had a delivery from Bartons and we were delighted by how hot the food was on arrival. Great quality and portion sizes. The fish was delicious and perfectly cooked. Very pleasant staff member who delivered our order too. Easy to order on line and delivered in just over an hour.
