We popped in today on the way home. I encourage my daughter to order things herself but she is a little shy. Zoe served us and she introduced herself to my daughter and was fabulous dealing with her, which helped her confidence no end. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the man on shift (possibly Jake)but he was also so friendly when he brought the drinks over and put my daughter at ease. Both staff made it a great experience.

Zoe who was the cashier was so lovely and was fab at upselling, i think barista was called James or Jake? he was also lovely, so nice to see staff happy, made the whole experience better 😊 when waiting in the queue you could see they were lofting everyone's mood, a credit to the team both of them. i do wish there was more dietary options (pre packed/main/dessert options which are GF and VG) would be nice as all i can have is drinks due to intolerances
