Always open early enough for breakfast; really good cappuccino with soy milk. Found them conveniently located in both Stratford-Upon-Avon and York.

Very busy Costa which can make it a challenge to get served and still have somewhere to sit. The food is good and the drinks are good. Despite being super busy staff were very good.

I recently came here with my 4 year old son named George and we got some coffee. It was his first ever time trying coffee and he really liked it. I think that if i took him to any other coffee shop he would not have liked it, which speaks to the quality and taste that this specific establishment has to offer!
Overall, a great experience. The guy at the counter was extremely kind and polite and taught my 4 year old son named George all there is to know about the inner-workings of coffee grinding and making.
The atmosphere was very atmospheric and relaxing. The beautiful wood and red walls compliment the warm lighting that created a welcoming environment. My 4 year old son named George really enjoyed the comfortable seating provided by this establishment!
The only downside was the extremely long line for the bathroom. My 4 year old son named George really had to go potty! But overall, great place with even grater people!
Overall, good experience, good food (love your Apple Pies), goo people, good atmosphere. My 4 year old son named George would definitely come here again!

I didn't eat because the food is quite expensive for what it is.
The coffee is good and the staff are, generally, quite helpful, though sometimes having a second till would be better so you don't have to wait so long.
It's great for getting online for work purposes so I can respond to or send emails.
Overall it is a good experience but can be pricey and sometimes slow.
When I’m traveling in England, I live off of costa sandwiches and flatbreads haha! This location was particularly spacious compared to more cafes nowadays. Staff was super helpful, too! I was there during the lunch rush and they dealt with the volume with ease. 10/10 great quick lunch
Ok, for a Costa. It was pouring down with rain, so there were large queues, but they were handled well by the staff and plenty on at lunchtime to accommodate the busy period. The cheese toasties were cooked fairly quickly. Unfortunately the toilets could have been a bit cleaner but were adequate. All in all quite a good experience. Quite pricy but normal for a Costa.
Unlike other costa, plenty of space available for seating. Staff service was okay.
Hard to go wrong with a Costa. Coffee was great as was the cheesecake. Staff friendly and efficient. Quite packed and therefore noisy hence the lower score for atmosphere
It was very busy and had run out of coconut milk. Not sure why people charge extra for none dairy in this day and age. However we got seats and had a pleasant break from a busy day in York.
We've been coming here a few months now and would like to pay our gratitude to the member of staff called Mel. She's incredibly kind and patient with us. She always gives her all and this never goes unnoticed.
The coffee is lovely but can someone at Costa clean the seats as they are scruffy.
