Good location near St. Helen's Square. Popped in for a 'burger-of-opportunity' after a few rounds at a pub - quite delicious. Could get rather busy at times but I do appreciate that this is a handy quick take-out option. WiFi may be available here, did not make use of the washrooms.
Great for a quick lunch especially if you have a child with you,very busy but managed to find a table,the strawberry frappe is amazing

Gotta say when I first saw the outside I thought this is going to be not good, but suddenly when I stepped inside the magical train the journey began. I mysteriously looked out the window to my surprise to see the sparkling water glistening in the sunlight had the elephants drank their way through it. Overall a great experience definitely recommend. Thumbs up from me, your sincerely Meredith xx
Ok as far as McDonald's goes, which isn't my favourite. It was very busy and chaotic but staff were doing their best, and cleanliness was good
This place gets a bad wrap, but I kid you not it wasn't the case at all.
We ordered on the self-service screens and found a table. Within 3 minutes our number was called out, and the food was ready, even my son said, "That was quick."
Such a nice experience to enjoy hot fresh food and because it was quick the beverages weren't flat and warm.
This branch is an absolute credit the McDonald's brand and it was a Sunday too and the city centre was super busy!
Some confusion around table service. Available on the app but there is no table service. Was able to collect okay. Food was done quickly. Downstairs feels busy and a bit cramped.
Decided to nip in for a quick snack, put my order in but it didn't give me my receipt so didn't know my order number. But the staff were brilliant, so helpful and we're quick with my order😁👍 fantastic service
Could do with making sure tables and floors are cleaned regularly. Also the fries and burgers are not so warm ,last couple of times I went in. So I'm beginning to go off it.
Everything you’d expect from a McDonalds. It’s never been that busy when we visited. Staff are reasonably friend. The place is very clean and food was served quickly. Much better than some other ones I’ve been to.
