Such a great experience, I highly recommend going there. The service was very welcoming and helpful in picking which meals/drinks to combine. The food really felt home-made and was packed with flavours. The decoration and overall atmosphere was good. I recommend the first mocktail with vanilla, and for food take your pick, some dishes are similar to Mediterranean ones (aubergines and minced meat) and there's a great variety of bread. Prices are also good

Visited this Indian restaurant for lunch while at work and it was good. The restaurant is very close to work and had a lunch offer which was the pull for it. The curry was pretty good and I went for the optional Chai as well which was top notch.
The portion size was smaller than expected for £6.50 compared to prices in B'ham and the chai would have been better if it was bundled up with the food which would make it less costly. But we shouldn't complain about paying £2.50 for a good chai when a Starbucks costs £5. Will try a proper sit-down meal here later and review.

Great Indi-cafe experience, we took a quick hop while on our way to London. A good variety of street snacks, home cooked black daal & green/red chapattis were amazing. On top, staff had warm hospitality & were courteous. A must visit if you are looking for street food & home cooked meals.

First time going here and had always wanted to go and wow so glad I did. Me and my sister went before going to the hippodrome. The staff were really helpful in explaining the menu and what was what. They were very attentive and made at all times we were ok and enjoying the food. We order some small plates to share. We had the chicken pakora burger, the minted lamb burger, lamb kofta and another dish. The flavours were amazing and so fresh that good we order another two dishes of lamb kofta and lamb and spinach with another garlic bread. I can not rate them enough and the food really was out of this world.we will be returning but I do advise you book as only a small place and very busy xxx

Great restaurant with friendly staff. The price-performance ratio is great, the food is well seasoned and the prices are reasonable. There are no long waits and the atmosphere is pleasant.

Absolute gem. Rare to find a family run resturant nestled in the main streets of the city centre. Amazing food with a warm welcome. Far better food experience than the branded Mowgli.

Wow.. food so good I didn't even have time to take a photo... A wonderful mix of flavours, spices and all fabulous, fresh.
Staff really helpful and squeezed us in when no reservation. Lamb and spinach curry was mouth watering.

First time visit for evening meal.
Easy to use online booking system.
Great service all staff were clearly invested in the restaurant and listened.
Nice buzz, interesting tasty Indian food not your usual brown sludge.
Fair price with very drinkable wine and beer.
Even rest rooms were clean and tidy.
We will all return!

A good place in Birmingham City Centre for people looking for Indian street food. Also, I finally found a place where I can get good Masala tea 😃
We tried Bhel puri chaat, Aloo tikki chaat, Mango lassi and masala tea. All were good!
Definitely visiting again to try on the mains!

What a great place to dine! The staff are friendly and helpful - advising on the best combinations of Indian tapas and larger plates for a good meal. Food served quickly and was piping hot. It was also extremely tasty - we chose several different dishes and none of them disappointed. Some unique combinations that we haven't experienced before.
Top it all off with a good selection of beers and you have the perfect place for (in our case) a pre-show meal.
Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.

After hearing so much about the Indian streatery a group of us from London came in with big expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more (vegans included)!!
The vibes and service were immaculate, even on such a busy Saturday night Dhiraj made sure we were well looked after. He explained the concept and ran though the menu effortlessly, recommended just the right amount of food and made my fiancés birthday definitely one to remember.
The food was authentic and exceptional, especially the pakora fried chicken burger and masala fries. What a concept! From the quirky art on the walls and ceiling to the incredible music. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try more of the menu (although I feel it’d be insane to not get the pakora fried chicken burger again)!
We need one in London ASAP.

This is my second time coming back here for their Chole Bhature. Absolutely mouth watering dish and the experience and quality of service at this restaurant is phenomenal! Khushi helped me choose items and added to the entire experience.
Absolutely yum!

The staff did well handling a large amount of guests, and everything went pretty much okay.
The menu had a unique combination of food and drink, and was something new for me. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed.
I liked the drink "Angry Indian", it had a nice spice. The pakora burger was good as well. As a whole it was very nice, and the flavours worked very well together. The burger however had a bit too much pakora and not enough chicken for my preference. The masala chips were nice and very crispy which I appreciated.

This place is a great place for relaxed dining. The food is proper authentic, packed with flavour and very decently priced for such a premium location in the city. None of this English style curries, proper Indian Street food with some added more substantial extras.
The service is friendly, and the drinks are very good too. Nice to have some beer thatbis made especially for them by a local brewery.
I came 3 years ago and this year. I do feel that maybe it could be freshened up just a little bit, but that would be me being hyper critical and maybe unfair, but if I had to pick out anything negative, that would be it. Other than that, if you haven't eaten here then you really should, because the food is quality.

We had booked a table and was empty when we arrived just after midday. Started to get busy and the tables were a little too close for comfort!
The waitress suggested we order 3-4 plates each but we thought we would start with just 2 - more than enough! The chicken chaat was nice, the lamb burger was too, but the chicken pakora burger was the best. Sides of paneer chips, chicken pakora wings and masala chips- not the traditional masala chips but still tasty. Was a nice lunch, just a shame we felt a little squashed in. Not wheelchair accessible unfortunately, even the pushchairs struggled.
