It's a Fullers pub, so you can't go wrong! Great pint of London Pride. This is an amazing historic building and its wonderful that the exterior and interior architecture have been preserved. Sadly, I had no time to sample the food, but it looked great.

Very thematic atmosphere, lovely staff, good variety of beers and overall a nice place to relax with great vibe. Would highly recommend the lamb leg steak (photo).

What an amazing location, wow: you can really get into their culture thanks to this restaurant, a real english pub! They are serving traditional pies, you should try them! Good red wines available.

Worth going out of your way for. Amazing selection of drinks and very good food menu with something for all tastes. Formerly a bank, so the decor is exceptional - huge high ceilings and beautiful lighting. We hadn't planned on eating here but couldn't resist the small bites and we were not disappointed! Best scotch egg ever.

An excellent Fuller's in a glorious old building overlooking the cathedral. There is a good selection of drinks (and a decent food menu). A terrace out back, and (at least in summer) several tables outside on the pavement at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by (though be prepared for the beggars). The staff are very good and attentive, including clearing empties. It can get busy, but there's plenty of space, including some lovely nooks and crannies. The toilets were clean enough, but on my last visit one of the hand driers was out of order.

An amazing show of Send in the Clowns: Hey Big Bender in the theatre. Fantastic vocals, great comedy, brilliant drag.
Little concerned that the venue admitted such a drunk group of older women with flashing headbands who talked through the whole of the first half. Once they were ejected you could see the performers relax and enjoy performing.

Great place to have have a enjoy the company of friends over a few drinks. I found the place amazing from architectural point of view. Great building indeed!

Love this place. Popped in for a bite to eat and a pint. The beef and ale pie to share is blinding. It's a beautiful building, good to sit there and take it in.
Would get five stars but the menu is limited. Very nice but limited.
We'll definitely go again.

What a great pub. Great atmosphere, and what a setting. It's worth a visit.

Good food, great beer, lively and buzzing and to top it all off a theatre on the top floor with an ever-changing line up of great shows.

Called in to my favourite Birmingham pub for lunch on Tuesday with a friend who had never visited the place before. He was in awe of the building itself and the helpfulness of the staff in finding us a table despite it being extremely busy. The food was delicious and the lovely Jackie went above and beyond the call of duty to look after us. Thank you for making our visit a success....we'll no doubt be back!

The best pub in Birmingham! Fabulous staff and management team!! Couldn’t recommend enough!!
Laura Parker
The staff needs training in customer service as it is disgusting. Without going into vast detail, I will never return until a major change takes place. Very disappointing, staff are extremely rude. Avoid at all costs. Would give a minus 20 if possible.

Very expensive beers, never enough bar staff and agree with a previous comment that tables are often cluttered with plates so looks messy. Hire more staff! The amount you charge for the beer should afford you to get more in

A man walked 106 miles from Preston too Birminghamto raise money and awareness for justice for the 21, where If you don’t know 21 innocent lives was lost in the Birmingham pub bombings and families are still trying too get justice all these years on. He completed the walk today, supporters entered the pub along with the gentleman and politely asked if he was able too have a drink on the house, as a well done, after all his efforts. This was refused what kind of welcome to the city and thank you for all your efforts was this, wouldn’t have taken much for management too give him a drink, disgusting behaviour off them

Fantastic real ale pub right in the heart of the financial district of Birmingham. From the central island counter to the domed roof it's definitely a must see pub!

Great place for a few beers and some good honest pub grub. Good ale, good food, and good atmosphere, brilliant!
Keith Sleigh
Although only in for a quick drink the pub has plenty of character, with a nice range of drinks and beers to choose from. Would definitely pop in again maybe for food next time, as that looked nice to.

Love the fact that you can eat, drink and watch great theatre performances all in one venue. Been a couple of times now. Great standard of performance each time. Intimate theatre at its best!

I have tried a very nice half pint lager called Frontier in this nicely decorated place. Ideal place for after work relax in a district of the city where all the major banks are located.
