We've been to Tom's several times now and the experience is always great. The food is excellent - I recommend trying something with the triple cooked chips - and the service is always on point too. It's location in the Mailbox means it's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking. One of our favourites.

Our server Pascal was really welcoming and gave a really good impression of the restaurant. The food was good and we will go again. We were having a pre theatre meal and the service was swift and not the awful wait for the bill. Triple cooked chips were fab!

The service was all excellent from the moment we rang to request a voucher for our granddaughter to use at the restaurant till the moment we left. Food was outstanding we both chose differently Cornish crab cakes beef cheek fish selection stick toffee pudding desert special they were all excellent.
The Bill included a service charge and a donation to a local charity which was explained to us and we added to this.

Only went for a couple of drinks but the guy behind the bar was lovely. Made us feel very welcome and even made a special drink for my friend. Would definitely go back there again :)

Nice place for dinner, good ambience. Have been here for dinner on week day the waiting time is decent enough . Presentation will give 4*, service 4*, Menu 4* . Overall good experience would like to visit again. Please do not expect large portions to stuff in .

Had an amazing experience. It was my wife's birthday and they really looked after us. Food was delicious and so was the service - from booking to being waited on and food cooked. They welcomed her with a glass of champagne and made a cake for her as well, which they were kind enough to do, when I requested one to be made.

I really like this place. It's understated & yet delivers every time. The food, service & drinks available are excellent. The atmosphere is nice, it's not as pretentious as some other places. Therefore you get to enjoy a great meal in an informal and relaxed setting. A slightly hidden gem.
