We were in Birmingham for several days and came across this restaurant on the first evening. We know Italian food and here the food was really good, perhaps a little adapted to English tastes. Mrs. Giuliana was incredibly kind and helpful. In the following days, we tried several Italian restaurants, but the food at Casa Italiia came closest to real Italian cuisine. That's why we came back for dinner. Bravo e arrivederci!!!

Lots of choice of starters ,mains & desserts ,if you're not too full . Food is always freshly prepared, plentiful & presented well.
They are always attentive without being pushy & never make you feel hurried to leave.
Food is excellent value for money and it's why we always return .

I went here with some friends to celebrate our May birthdays. It isn't a big place and it is quite cosy. The toilets are upstairs (not sure about a disabled toilet). The food is fantastic and you get decent portions 😋 and the staff are really lovely.
It's not too expensive really either.
I recommend it.

Casa Italia gives a lovely warm ambience the moment you step in, It’s not a big restaurant but is kept tidy, with a classy vibe which provides for multiple occasions from date nights to family dinner. Friendly service and great food as well, with variety of options on the menu. They also do a great deal for a 2-course meal only for £16.95 from Monday to Thursday.
Would definitely return to try out the other dishes!

Haven't been here in a very long time during which time ownership has changed a number of times . Got to say that tge return visit was like the good old days. Lovely front of house staff, friendly, informative and attentative. Food was delicious and overall experience was great. My son described the pizza as the best he had ever eaten (and he's eaten a lot(. Will definitely be returning.

Had a beautiful meal, the service for the starter and main was great, menus were given to us to order dessert but had to wait 20 mins for them to take our order, asked for the bill and this took a further 15 mins and with us asking again for it. The food is amazing and fresh, the fillet steak was cooked to perfection, I would recommend to dine here.

Lovely restaurant - food was flavoursome, plentiful, not too expensive and overall very good value - we were happy with all of our food and drinks and particularly enjoyed our steaks and sauces main course. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, particularly enjoyed chatting with one lady who I believe was married to the chef.

First time coming to this restaurant and won't be the last. Place is small but very nice and clean. Staff are very good and It's a family run restaurant. atmosphere is romantic with the old school classics playing on the speaker. There is a small wait in-between courses but it's worth the wait. I ordered calamari as a starter and my wife picked brushetta, both starts are very good and very nice presented, as a mains we picked chicken breast in a creamy sauce with a potatoes and salad on the side. My wife had the fillet steak with gorgonzola. Overall very great experience.

Greeted by the owner at the entrance which was nice. Really cosy family run restaurant. Food is great and lots to choose from for everyone. Quick service on a Saturday. Definitely returning again.

Good food served by a great team. The warm service is felt from the moment you walk in. Menu has lots of good options.
The food was served quite quickly and we never felt we were waiting for long.
Table setting was nicely laid out, clean and well thought out.
Would definitely visit again to try out more options from the menu.

Wonderful food and service. The location is lowkey but has an authentic Italian family owned restaurant vibe. Even the choice of music is very fitting. My favourite italian spot in Birmingham.
