Staff are always so friendly here, service is great. Desserts are delicious! Best desserts on ladypool road are served here without a doubt! Been here many times and my regular order is always a classic waffle with strawberries and Nutella, however as it was Tuesday tried out the two for one cookie dough, and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the brownie cookie topped with strawberries! Strawberries were fresh here unlike some places and the portion size was generous. Atmosphere is good and the decor of this place is beautiful!

I always base my experience on waiting time, quality of food, hygiene, customer service and value for money.
With my family we had to wait a while, however we were kept informed and were seated in the waiting area.
Quality of food we thought was very good.
Customer service was great. I believe one of the manager’s came over for a chat which added to the experience.
Very clean!
Value for money, l would say the standard of what you’d expect to pay on any desserts place on the Ladypool road.
I’ve heard positive things about their breakfast menu which l plan to try very soon.

Sweet. Birmingham 361-363 Ladypool Rd, Birmingham, First visit here, great service, atmosphere and decorations excellent beautiful, the prices for their deserts are bit high. The staff are friendly Service was very good. Probably worth a visit, just not as good as I was expecting. :)
