Domino's Pizza

I had 2 large pizzas delivered for my work crew. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were delicious. Not certain if the pineapples were added, the pizza was so good I didn’t miss it. The delivery lady, after a little friendly, and a little smile, turned out fine. The following week, I suggested my daughter order from Domino’s. I like to tip, so, as long as the pizzas are delicious and customer service improves, I will be a customer.

I gave 3 stars because it's hit or miss. The taste is always great but the quality not so much. I do curbside pick up since they don't deliver to my area. I'm not sure if they get penalized if the pizza isn't delivered in 2 minutes but a few times they stop the timer after a few seconds and I've had to wait close to 5 minutes. I guess they do that so they don't have to give away a free pizza

The worst customer service ever is why I gave 1 star. I wish it was an option no stars.. I have/ had an order thats over 50.00 with tip included and they canceled my order. They not answering the phone and stand in the window looking at you once you get to the store. I received an email that send my order was canceled and I will get my money back on my card within 2-5 business days. No explanation or now. Yes the food be good, but the service is going to hurt this store.

I ordered my food and waited over an hour for it and they are 7 mins away. I watched the Domino's tracker the whole time and watched the driver go all around my house and never came to my location. I called the restaurant and the so call manager told me the driver called my phone and knocked on my door so she took the food back to the store. I have cameras all over my house and a doorbell camera and she never showed. Then the manager said the driver told her she delivered and i got my order. After calling 4 times and waiting on them to get me off hold i decided to go up there and the girl at the restaurant told me i had to call corporate the next day after I ask for my food or my refund. Had a attitude the whole time. Finally someone else just made me another one and the same girl who claimed she was the manager got my pizza out the oven and didnt even cut it. Ol ugly mfff!!!! New store but i wouldn't recommend nobody go there.

I ordered a pizza using the app. When I got to the pickup window I was told that they made the pizza wrong and they could redo it. I am angry because they didnt make the pizza over when they realized the mistake, they just left the order ticket hanging on the pick ring until I got there. They had 20 minutes to correct the order BEFORE I got there. Everytime I order from this location its a problem.

My pan pizza was under cooked tossed in the box and unsuited. The presentation for what I pay for everytime is ridiculous. My pizza just fell apart and wasn't sliced at all. I'm tearing my pizza apart trying to make a slice. I order from here too much to keep going through this. Something has got to change.
