Visited the firehouse Sunday 4th June. 4 adults 4 children, no fuss on arrival, staff very welcoming.

Good value for the quality and quantity received. Waiting staff were excellent, where we were sitting the kids could see the kitchen staff who were friendly enough to interact and smile back as the kids were peeking over the seats.
Atmosphere
It was reasonably quiet as it was such a lovely day out but busy enough to not feel empty.
Would certainly recomend visiting.

Went for dinner on Sunday evening while at Butlins. Was busy and didn't have a booking ahead. Service was great and were sitted immediately. Food was 👍. Had halloumi and avocado wrap, burger and chicken wrap, olus chickenpopcorn. Didn't have time for desert unfortunately, but next table had some and they were looking yum.
Menu was interesting and different but very functional and easy to construct your choices.

Good food, polite staff, but SLOW service. Took a while to get seated, and ages for my order to be taken - despite not being busy at all. Meal could have done with some veg !

Fantastic food here and lovely service. We will definitely come here again. The food so tasty and the food comes out very fast. Definitely give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed

Hospitality: 5/5 ordering is automated by doing it through the butlins app. (Unsure if table order is available). Chefs are very fast with food preparation. Quite amazed.
Food: 5/5 I had boneless chicken thights coated in a smokey garlic sauce; (a side of garlic bread). Cook professionally a would recommend.
One of My relatives had chicken thigh that was amazing.
For desert we all had a billionaire cheesecake; which; (my opinion); is always a marvell to have. 🎂
Building: 5/5 the layout is very well fitted and designed around the theme of the restaurant. The kitchen allows for people to sit in a watch the chefs at work. 👩🍳

Great food, Reasonably priced.
Ordered a sharing platter chicken was tasty and succulent not dry at all, fries where perfectly cooked and cheesy garlic bread was spot on. For a smaller plate would recommend the buttermilk chicken.
Seated quickly and despite looking busy drinks arrived almost instantly after ordering & food was delivered within 30mins.
Our Servers Kadie (and I flamboyant guy i didn't get the name of) were polite, happy and friendly and on point. Refillable drinks were topped up in good time.
Venue was clean and well presented, with empty tables cleaned down promptly.
Would definitely recommend and would come back again.
