Not really an "authentic" experience. Rice was overcooked, jerk chicken lacked personality, and dumplings where very plain. It felt like someone reading the recipes online rather than traditional ways of cooking. To make things worse, it was overpriced and the most we paid for a meal during our trip to Brighton.
