We have just celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday with a karaoke party at the Rotunda. Beautiful venue - it easily fitted 70 guests with room to spare for singing and dancing. Really delicious and interesting buffet food and excellent service. We couldn’t be happier with everything. Paul was really helpful and accommodated a variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free choices in the menu. All our guests had a fab time. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend the Rotunda if you are looking for a venue for a party.
We spied this place from the bus one day and decided to go there for breakfast. The Rotunda is located in Preston Park, so the surroundings couldn't be lovelier. I ordered a latte, my husband had a cappucino. They were huge! A perfect way to start the day. I had eggs benedict which, aside from the rather bland ham, was very good. Husband had the hash which was fabulous. I'd opt for that next time. The place is lovely, inside and out and the staff was friendly and very efficient. I would definitely go back!
An oasis, lovely jubbly, great selection of pastries, really welcoming, friendly people serving, hot chocolates for us. sitting outside in the late autumn sun overlooking the rose garden, perfect.
You must see the new look Rotunda, Francis and his colleagues have made a fabulous job of revamping this classic building, the food is great as always and you still get a warm welcome from Francis and his staff whenever I've been in! Keep up the good work and love the new decor!

Fast service ,only popped in for a coffee lots of choice of coffees reasonable priced,with good service ,seating inside and out we sat inside Slouched on one of the sofas lovely atmosphere.
Cakes and snax looked lovely if a little overpriced but I'd pay for cake. Plenty of vegetarian options.
Pretty building in Preston park, lovely atmosphere with great views of the rose gardens. Friendly service with good coffee and tasty cakes as well as ice creams for the kids. Seating outside too - will be back for a glass of wine in the sun, a nice bit of tranquility in the city.
I hadn’t been to the Rotunda for a while but have called in there twice recently, first to try out the lovely new range of cakes and pastries with coffee and secondly to sample the new breakfast menu which was very good. Worth a visit and a great place to meet up with family and friends.
Great looking little cafe. Well, it's quite large inside. Lacking a bit of atmosphere to be honest. Went in for breakfast. Had the large one, it was OK but would have preferred a better sausage, sourdough bread and home made hash browns. Nice cup of mint tea tho! Prices are fairly reasonable, but quality could be better.
Nice coffee and a wide selection of lunches, hot and cold, with some vegan options. Large indoor space and outside seating overlooking the rose garden and pond. Friendly staff, dog friendly and outside toilets.
