Burritos were great. I ordered one burrito knowing that would complete my stamps and qualify me for a free one. The person at the till said this would take a few minutes to come through on her end but wouldn’t wait for the qualifying free burrito. Not massively customer oriented, especially when there was no one waiting behind me.

Wow, what a great team! We visited today and we quickly noticed how the team worked together to produce orders, manage the cleanliness of the restaurant and provide a great service. Their productivity during the busy time was great!
This is very rare to see in other businesses, usually service is slow or the tables are dirty etc. But this wasn't the case here, the team were all chipping in helping each other out and it defo paid off.

Cardiff location is absolutely bangin!!
Hands down the best burrito I have ever eaten. It weighed as much as a small horse so I've absolutely eaten my food quota for the week. I'm also vegan and have to point out how spectacular their vegan feta cheese is! I'm unfortunately not a Cardiff resident but if I was, I'd eat here frequently. The staff are amazing! This evening we had the pleasure of Mikey, Lisa, Matt and Izzy. Super friendly service. Those guys really are a credit to your franchise. Thank you for a truly delightful experience! ❤️

I really enjoy this place. Burritos aren't as popular as fried chicken but everyone has their preferences and mine is for a delicious Burrito! The staff stick to the system and you get a consistent burrito experience every time. They have something for everyone and I will be returning again.

The person who served us was a legend! Really lovely person, very polite and cool. I didn’t get his name, he’s a pretty tall guy (if that helps lol?) and deserves lots praise for sure! An asset to the store. Not to mention our food was very filling and tasty.

It was my first time at bar burrito and the staff were so lovely, took the time to explain how it all worked and were very patient. Gave great food recommendations.
The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, I came during a quiet time of day and it was really relaxed. Will definitely be back
