A great weekend spent at ACanteen! Friday night we celebrated a family birthday with dinner and dancing. Sunday we returned with the kids and friends for their 'Two Step Tots' event. We had so much fun! Such a great atmosphere for both events. Lovely food and really friendly staff both serving and helping with the bookings. Looking forward to coming again!

I attended an event here and loved the venue. Great bar staff, wonderful atmosphere, loved the different seating areas and really nice to see a dance floor! Will definitely return 😁 (I didn't eat on this occasion, hence I'm unable to score the food)

Hired a private room here for my birthday and everything was great. Felt really looked after and communicated with well about everything. The service was great and the staff were in the room taking our drinks orders. Food turned up on time and was delicious! (We ordered pizzas). Wasn’t sure what the dj was going to be like until the night but they were great and everyone got up to dance. Everything ran smoothly and we had a great night so a big thank you to the Acanteen staff!

We had a brilliant time at the two step tots brunch. The food was delicious, hot and portions big. The children really enjoyed the freedom to get up and join in whenever they wanted. Music was spot on and LaraG has the most incredible voice. All round a fabulous Sunday afternoon and very much look forward to the next time. Thanks ACanteen!

Love the A canteen it has a great friendly vibe about it. Situated in a great place not far from station. Always buzzing no matter what time you visit either breakfast, lunch or dinner. Thank you to Emma, Saffron and the team.

Had amazing nightlife! Music is extremely loud but the staff are super friendly. Came down to watch magic mike and the atmosphere was awesome! Food was good and drinks were good but a little pricy..definitely will be back!

A family group breakfast was thoroughly enjoyed by all 11 of us. The service was efficient and friendly. We were not rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy a variety of different breakfast options, all well presented and tasty. A bit pricey compared to some places, but the food and drinks were very good, the restaurant spacious and the atmosphere pleasant. Well worth a visit for a special breakfast get together.

I booked boozy bingo hosted by two fabulous drag queens for my specsavers team & we were all blown away by the event!
The whole atmosphere was incredible, the service 10/10 & the food delicious!
Would 100% come back for more boozy bingo but also just a meal/drinks because it’s the best service I’ve ever received in Chelmsford!
The whole experience is a bargain aswell for the games/entertainment you get!

Absolutely lovely place. We booked ahead for 8 of us on Father's Day brunch, and everyone, one of us had chosen different meals, and they all came out together hot and fresh and tasty. Service was great, the staff were always checking in on us, and everyone there had a lovely time altogether.
There was a vast range of food on offer, plenty of options for everyone.
Everywhere was clean. And tidy.
We would definitely come back.
