Waitress was lovely but food not great. Dried up carvery that had been sitting there for a while (but fliesmidges are hanging around the gravy area. Think the carvery would be good if you arrived just as they brought it out fresh and the carvery staff wore gloves and didn’t swipe their sweaty faces all the time

service was good, queue was fairly fine, but the only downfall was the carrots, the carrots tasted foul and not very impressing, was slow serving the meat, crackling looks quite undercooked, the stuffing was not that bad

Food was tasty, the beef was a little fatty but the actual meat was good. No gluten free alternatives just exclusions, the veggie gravy is gluten free. Although limited for what you can eat if you are gluten free, what you can eat is good and the staff are very friendly.

We had a lovely experience! Our waitress Dee was so kind and friendly, especially with the kids. She made us all feel very welcome and was so patient — truly wonderful service!

Since my last review this restraint has improved so much with the new staff turn around that now in place since the renovation would it give it 5 starts all together but got wrong meat hen I went to up to food had to wait an hour for food …
