Nobody in front of us yet had to pull up for 3 dang happy meals and waited 10 minutes for them put the happy meals in bags. The lady at the back drive that looks like a man is also rude af. You need an attitude adjustment and maybe just maybe if she wasn’t worried bout talking to every body inside the building maybe just maybe they’d all actually be able to get some work done. Glad I don’t live near this location because I’ll definitely never return. Picture of our “happy meal” 😂🤣

Ordered a Bunless Big Mac with no lettuce, and I just have to say, the plating on this looks really fancy, like something from Master Chef and I could not stop laughing about it. Tasted real good, too! Staff is always super nice and friendly when I go. They always get excited because I come in with a purse that looks like a happy meal box complete with Fry and Chicken Nugget pouches lol. My favorite location to go to 🥰

Sign said on the door closes at 11pm, but it was 10.30pm and all the lights on with staff messing around inside with the doors locked. I guess the staff just close when they feel like it. Pleased I didn't go inside though, it's the dirtiest MD I've ever seen with dirty looking staff inside! 🤢

Once again I thought I would give them a chance and once again I got the shaft! Thought I would do a mobile order, pulled in entered my parking spot in the app and it said about 5 minutes, almost 20 minutes later I had to call the store and ask where my food was. How can the first restaurant to have drive through service for fast food suck so bad at fast food?

Disgusting old over cooked hamburger with a hard bun. Went through drive thru literally 4 min ago. Fast food or not this is just gross. Management should really be checking food quality before it's served.

This location has to be the absolute worst McDonalds. Every employee needs to be trained including managers. They want $15+ an hour but can't manage to get orders right. I paid for 2 apple fritters and received 2 apple pies instead. The 4 combo meals I ordered were incorrect. When I told them they screwed up my order instead of fixing it, they screwed it up even more. Most of the employees lack comprehension skills.

Well this is McDonald's in Bartholomew county Indiana and they want me to rate it now there's five stars so I don't give anybody five stars because no person place or thing is perfect it was a long line but I was the employee after me my order I gave her my order and took it from there and a reply and Connie got the order right very beautiful day all the people that waited on me were very professional customer oriented and needed it was just a great place and a beautiful day sincerely David C Campbell
